Building relationships anchored in trust is a hallmark of successful organizations. This strategy offers a highly coveted, competitive advantage proven to endure well beyond the latest and greatest marketing strategies of our time. With compelling business examples and time-tested strategies, Mark DeVolder will reveal essential behaviors and characteristics needed to strengthen trust and increase engagement within and beyond Assisted Living communities. In addition, you’ll learn critical strategies to improve your company’s bottom line through the four pillars of commitment: clarity, competence, influence and appreciation.

The Five Cees of Winning Posture
Luncheon Session featuring Andre Boykin
You know “it” when you see it: that intangible quality in those who create energy when they walk into the room. When they speak, people listen. When they have an idea, people are curious and want to hear more. Even when they’re up against a difficult situation, these individuals never seem to project doubt. Explore The Five Cees Of Winning Posture and you’ll walk away with a new understanding of the mindset, skills, and values that can put you in a position to win every time.
Andre Boykin is a Managing Partner in CAPITAL iDEA, a firm that works to develop employee engagement and maximize the productivity of leadership and sales teams in organizations. With over twenty years of experience in corporate America, his experience includes business development (where he was recognized as a leader in sales year over year), operations, finance, training, and people development. Andre is also a co-author of the popular book Masterminds Unleashed - Selling For Geniuses and his soon to be released book The Five Cees of Winning Posture.

The Press is Calling. Are You Ready?
The press is on the phone, or at your door! Are you ready? Hone your skills with a half hour personal and private consultation with media expert and CALA public relations consultant, Denise Davis. Choose from three scenarios and be interviewed by Ms. Davis, who will ask questions typically asked by the media, then provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. It’s a no-pressure opportunity to improve this important skill. Indicate your interest on the registration form and CALA will assign a half hour appointment for you, either Tuesday or Wednesday. First come, first served!
Currently, Ms. Davis is CalChamber’s Vice President for Media Relations and External Affairs. Her career involves working on a number of high-profile campaigns, legal matters and policy issues. She was Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's chief deputy communications director and has 14 years of experience serving three California attorneys general as a spokesperson and victim advocate.
