2024 Legislation

CALA is dedicated to protecting providers and the consumer-focused service they provide. We accomplish this by regularly watching, researching, and informing members about pending legislation that could affect California’s Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Continuing Care Retirement Community providers, as well as attending meetings and hearings where pertinent legislation will be discussed.
